Privacy and walkthrough requests

When you submit the walkthrough form, we receive your name, work email, company, team size and any optional message. The form sends these details directly from the website to pilot@woopforbusiness.com, so the WOOP for Business team can respond and arrange a time.

Please do not include confidential meeting notes, employee information or private WOOP reflections.

Who receives your enquiry

The website and form endpoint run on AWS. Resend processes the submitted details to deliver the request email to our team mailbox. Our mailbox service also processes the resulting email. We use your request to respond to the enquiry; submitting it does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

AWS processes technical request information to serve the website. The form uses keyed hashes of the IP address, email and request details for abuse prevention and duplicate detection. Its database stores those hashes, delivery identifiers and counters, rather than the form text. These records are marked for automatic expiry within roughly two days; removal can take longer. The request email has a separate lifetime in the mail services and team inbox.

Optional website analytics and cookies

Analytics is optional and runs only after you select Accept analytics. Rejecting analytics leaves it off, and you can change your choice at any time.

Noah Lund Syrdal is the data controller for this website's optional analytics, operating under the WOOP for Business name. We process this analytics information on the basis of your consent. You can contact Noah using the email address below.

If enabled and you accept, we use PostHog Inc.'s EU service to understand page views, traffic sources and clicks on pilot or walkthrough buttons. This uses a random browser identifier, page paths, limited browser and device information, the referring website's origin, and campaign tags such as UTM parameters. Please do not put personal or confidential information in campaign tags.

We do not enable session replay, automatic click or form capture, or person profiles. Your name, email, form answers and private WOOP reflections are not included in these analytics events. PostHog receives technical network information to deliver the service; we disable IP geolocation enrichment.

We use PostHog's EU hosting region. PostHog and its subprocessors may also process information outside the EEA under the safeguards described in its data processing agreement.

The optional analytics cookie is limited to this website's hostname and is configured for 180 days. We remember your accept or reject choice in local storage for 180 days; an expired choice is treated as undecided when you next visit. Blocking browser storage may mean your choice lasts only for the current page visit.

You can withdraw consent or change your choice through Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawing stops further analytics collection and clears this website's analytics cookie and related browser storage. It does not automatically delete events already collected. PostHog event retention depends on our project settings and plan and may be up to one year.

For questions about website analytics, access or deletion, contact Noah Lund Syrdal at noah@woopforbusiness.com.

Private reflection and shared work

Inside the product, private WOOP and reflection text are separate from shared work. Manager views show aggregates and explicitly shared work. AI features and connected tools can process information you provide to those features; the walkthrough form does not require any private reflection or employee information.

Before a pilot

We review the applicable data handling, service providers, retention and workspace arrangements with your team before onboarding. This enquiry page does not promise that all processing stays within the EU.
